The clients, a growing family of four, decided to settle in Winchester. In an expensive market, the family had difficulties finding good housing close to schools. The clients decided that a small house with the potential to become larger was their best solution. Technically a tear down, Christopher transformed a 900 sqft 1950s ranch into a 2800 sqft, three-bedroom home with dining and family rooms for extended family gatherings.
